What’s Changing?
To enhance security, multi-factor authentication (MFA) 🔐 will now be required for every login to your Church360° Unite site.
How It Works:
- Enter your username or email address and password on the login page.
- You’ll receive an email with a one-time-use code from noreply@cph.org (subject: Church360° Unite One-time Code).
- Enter the code within 5 minutes to complete your login.
Missed the 5-minute window?
No problem—enter the expired code anyway, and the system will automatically send you a new one.
Important Reminders:
- Make sure your email address is up to date in your User Settings.
- Administrators should notify their church office about this change.
- If you receive a code but didn’t try to log in, someone may have attempted to access your account. Reset your password immediately.
