- Navigate to your calendar page and find the event that you would like to invite people to.
- Click the event to view the event details.
- Click “Edit this Event”. This will allow you to edit the event.
- Check the box next to “I want to invite people to this event.”
- Select the people you want to invite. You can select all members by clicking “Select All.” Note: Members must have been invited to join Church360°
Unite or have accepted the invitation to be invited to an event.
- Click the “Update Event” button. To add send reminders for individuals invited to your event see "How do I send event reminders?"
Note: When you edit an event, an email with the changes will be sent to everyone invited.
